Exposition

A five-day exhibition will allow your organization to demonstrate your latest products, services and activities to the congress delegates and guests.

The 23^rd IIR International Congress of Refrigeration with the exhibition will take place at the Prague Congress Centre (PCC). The exhibition will be located
in the Forum Hall foyer and Congress hall foyer on the first floor, in the case
of a greater number of exhibitors registered for this event, the second floor
will be used as well. Both exhibition areas have comparable conditions with respect to attendance of congress participants. Congress sessions, lunches
and coffee breaks will be held on both floors in order to maximise the amount
of time which delegates will spend within the exhibition.

Icaris reserves the rights to change the layout of the exhibition – depending
on the final consultation with the supplier. You will be informed on possible changes. Final exhibition plans will be published on the congress web page.

Basic information 

• Exhibition area: 10 200 CZK / m² incl. VAT 20%
• Construction of a stand: 1 800 CZK / m²incl. VAT 20%
• Each exhibitor = pass for 1 delegate incl. unlimited access to all conference sessions, refreshments,congress dinner and networking events
• Each exhibitor = pass for other 3 representatives for various services
  in the booth (without the welcome party and congress dinner)
• Each exhibitor has an opportunity to register up to 5 another participants, who can take a discount of 10% on registration fees. These participants are asked to register using the on-line congress registration system.

All members of the exhibition staff should be registered and are asked to visit the registration desk after their arrival and pick up their badges and materials.

Advertising opportunities

• Printed advertising in the Exhibition catalague:   
  12 000 CZK incl. VAT 20% / 1 page A5
• Distribution of advertising leaflets: 
  12 000 CZK  incl. VAT 20% / 1 page A4 or 2 page A5
  18 000 CZK incl. VAT 20% / bigger or heavier leaflets or brochures

Official forwarding agent

BECKSPEDITION is the official forwarding agent for exhibitions and congresses in the Prague Congress Centre. See the exhibition manual for more information.

The delivery and removal of materials and goods for the exhibition stands is allowed only by the official freight forwarder and their local agent.

Companies which are bringing their own goods should contact the official freight forwarder to coordinate their arrival and the use of the loading bay, the service entrance and the lifts.
