Cancellation of Congress fees
The congress secretariat (ICARIS Ltd., Romana@icaris.cz) must be notified about any cancellation in writing.
Cancellations received before July 8, 2011 - full refund of the registration fee less 1 000 CZK (≈ 40 €) for administrative charge. All refunds will be made after the congress.
Cancellations received after July 9, 2011 - no refund possible.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the organizers should the 23rd IIR International Congress of Refrigeration be hindered or prevented by unexpected political and/or economic events, or generally by force majeure, should speakers fail to appear, or the programme is changed from any other reason.
Name changes
If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Congress secretariat (ICARIS Ltd, Romana@icaris.cz).
Cancellation of accommodation
Cancellation conditions for hotel booking are different from hotel to hotel.
The Congress secretariat must be notified in writing about any change or cancellation of the confirmed hotel booking. Changes requested by telephone will not be accepted. Do not contact the hotel directly.
The date on which your written cancellation is received will be considered as the date of cancellation.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
